Group Insurance:

To qualify for group insurance, you must have 2 or more people on full-time payroll & file a NYS-45; or you have a partner in your business and both of you get K-1s;   or there is one owner and at least one full-time employee on payroll and you file a Schedule C or K-1 and a NYS-45.

We have a variety of insurance carriers to quote from, including: Atlantis, Empire Blue Cross, GHI, HIP, Oxford, and PerfectHealth.  These quotes can be customized to meet your insurance needs.  Copays and deductibles can be selected to develop a plan where the premiums will fall within your budget.
